“ My parents and I took my 14 year old daughter and 13 year old son here for lunch last Saturday because we were in town for my daughter's high school softball tournament. We had never heard of Herschel's as we are from Louisiana. We saw it while we were at the red light, looked it up on Google and decided to give it a shot. We walked in and were greeted very nicely like they had known us our entire lives. The menu is clear and large enough for everyone to see. We placed our order, paid and found a table to sit at. Everyone had chicken strips and french fries except my dad he had the chicken fried steak. Y'all. Those are the best chicken strips and french fries I have ever had and I really mean that! Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, restaurant is very clean (including restrooms), and the food is out of this world. Go. Just go. I promise you will love it! ”
